Our Story...

African Americans have contributed substantially to the success and growth of our great nation.  We have a great story to tell of oppression, trial, challenge and triumph.   As history continues to unfold we must remember, but not only remember, we must re-tell.  Why must we re-tell, because the history of the oppressed cannot be accurately recounted by the oppressor. 

We must be reminded of history's importance and value by the quote:
